I have been unable to get any help since I bought the $100.00 to get $25.00 back. No one has said they can help.
They said they would send me paperwork so I could submit the receipts.
There is no customer service. They give you a recorded line, but none of their answers are what you need, and they hang up!

Good morning. I do not have a problem at all. I just want to make a statement on your Dawn soap and now your Dawn Powerwash products. I have been using your Dawn dish soap since my very first sample I received in the mail many years ago. I have only used Dawn since that day after trying the sample. Now, I finally tried the Dawn Powerwash... oh my, I love it. I tell my friends and family to use it, even when something else is on sale. Thank you for making a wonderful product that I have used for many, many years. I am now 67 years old and have loved your products.

SECRET deodorant TV commercial
The current TV commercial for Secret whole body deodorant is revoltingly offensive. I resent having my TV viewing constantly interrupted by someone telling me how and where she stinks! I have used Secret for many years, but I am so disgusted by this in-your-face ad that I have just purchased another brand and will never use Secret again!

Ad complaint
Your razor ad for, I believe, the Venus brand of Gillette graphically shows a female shaving her crotch. Where is your common sense?
This ad is obviously beyond inappropriate; it is vulgar.
The executive who approved this ad and thought it a good idea should be fired. The advertising company that recommended this ad needs to be replaced with a company that is not so lazy and unimaginative.
Preferred solution: Have the ad removed and an apology ad run on any venue where the original ad was run.

I have used this product for over 25 years. The last 2 containers I bought have developed a leek in the bottom corner.
It made a mess
all over my pantry floor. then on my kitchen counter. Both containers
seemed to cave inward on the sides as I was using it .I lost about half
of it. The rest I poured into another container.
I think there is a problem concerning the strength of the bottom of the container. I won't buy it again.

DANGEROUS PRODUCT
SECRET ALUMINUM FREE SPRAY DEODORANT from P&GAMBLE caused serious damage in my body. It literally burned the skin nest both of my arm pits.
It Started with redness and a burning sensation, flowed by skin falling , and leaving awful big brown spots under my arm pits.
Today besides the pain Im feeling, my skin broke and Im bleeding.

The new clean scent of dawn dish soap is horrific. The smell permeates the air and doesn't wash out from the dish cloths.
How does a product that smells so toxically perfumed make it to be marketed? We hope this product isn't used on wildlife. This would be very cruel.

Respected Sir, my five-rock review took place on 17th August. I met you there. I received feedback indicating an excess of overtime and a low safety profile score. I subsequently checked my data from 1st July 2022 to 30th June 2023. My Safety Profile Score Target was 30, but my score was 63. I worked overtime every month as per business need. However, during my half-yearly review, my manager did not give any feedback and no one commented on any gap in my performance or behavior. Then in August, my rock was reviewed.
I was told that my overtime was very high and I was informed that I had not built the capability of my team. I responded saying that, you did not provide any feedback in my last five rocks. Had you given me timely feedback, it might have led to major improvements. Furthermore, when I asked my manager for help and guidance on how to improve, he dismissively stated that there was nothing regarding my future. I was also told that if I remained in this role, I would not grow.
I was given an example that my last line leader was replaced due to poor performance. Additionally, I was asked whether the department or the machines would cease to function without me? Respected Sir, I have been dedicatedly working in this department for 13 years and I have given my best since 2010. When I inquired about my career and growth plan, I was told that there were no career and growth prospects in this role. After hearing this, I felt stressed and unable to concentrate on my work. I was plagued with negative thoughts.
I shared this incident within my department and also informed about the OPTUM Facility. My sessions are still ongoing. Racist Sterotypical Ad
My problem is this is the fourt correspondence I have sent regarding the Secret Whole Body Spray ad depicting the black woman, the only woman I've seen so far promoting this particular product. You actually have the audacity to make a commercial with this lady speaking of stink and spraying her private area.
It is apalling, demeaning and racist because why is this black woman the only woman you have solely promoting this product? Your company knows all women have this issues and this product benefits all women. Why is there only one woman promoting this product? I have asked this question several times with no response yet.
I will be blowing up Black Twitter with this and maybe a media outlet.
Some may think it's no big deal but I have never ever in my life seen one product promoted on television by one actor. Is there a reason for this, besides promoting racism???

Zevo bug spray will not spray
I cant get anyone to answer any of the seven numbers Ive tried for Procter & Gamble a can of Zibo insect killer fly eggs and fruit flies kills on contact and it will not spray, Takes me 25 minutes to get back to Walmart where I bought it and Im not real happy about it.
