How do I open a nervive roll on bottle without pliers ??

AI Highlights
  • Retired heavy equipment mechanic with hands like clubs buys Nervive Roll-On; caps are hard to open and require channel lock pliers to unscrew.

I'm a retired heavy equipment mechanic. My hands are like clubs from years of hard work.

I purchased several Nervive roll-on bottles. How is a normal individual supposed to get these caps on the roll-on bottles open? You should include a pair of channel lock pliers to unscrew the cap. I get it, you're supposed to squeeze the cap at the smooth parts of the cap, then unscrew it.

But guess what? Without pliers, it doesn't work.

Pros:
  • All great products
Cons:
  • These frigging caps on the nervive roll-on bottles

Preferred solution: notified of changes to difficult roll on cap of Nervive

User's recommendation: Buy Channel Lock pliers

Offensive advertising

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The TV commercials for Venus Shaver show actual pubic hair being shaved. Unbelievable.

Also their commercials for Always pads are offensive and everyone hates them. Everyone I know hates them. It is invasion of privacy to come into our homes with these images. People have rights too, not just big business.

P&G doesn't care about people. Invasion of privacy is against Constitutional amendments.

Adverse Reaction to Your Deodorant Product

AI Highlights
  • Painful underarm rash after using Secret powder fresh deodorant; months of staining and sensitivity.
  • I request a refund and allergen information.

Dear Procter and Gamble Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally report a concerning reaction I experienced after using one of your deodorant products, pH balanced Secret powder fresh (519117**** Exp 05/2027). Shortly after applying it, I developed a painful rash in the underarm area for several months.

The irritation and itching became severe enough that I had to discontinue use immediately and cause my underarm to be stained.

Unfortunately, the reaction has left my skin extremely sensitive, and I am now unable to use any kind of deodorant without discomfort. This has caused a significant disruption to my daily routine and has required me to seek alternative ways to manage basic hygiene.

I purchased your product with the expectation that it would be safe, gentle, and suitable for regular use. Instead, it resulted in an unexpected and distressing skin reaction.

I am requesting the following:

A full refund for the product

Information about any known allergens or irritants in this deodorant

Guidance on how to proceed if this reaction is part of a broader product issue

Any compensation or support your company offers in situations involving adverse reactions

I would appreciate a prompt response, as this issue has affected both my comfort and my confidence in using personal care products.

Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Holy witchcraft batman magic eraser

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • Magic eraser cleaned mud off a mattress easily with no scrubbing, and I plan to buy more because it helps with fibromyalgia and tendonitis.

I'm writing this review because I am a single mom of 3 kids ages 11, 9, and 7, and I just used the magic eraser for the very first time. I am so mad at myself that I waited so long.

This thing really was a miracle cleaner. I used the magic eraser on some mud that had gotten on a mattress. Don't ask, lol, but it absolutely took it off the mattress. And so easily!

I have fibromyalgia, so I can't scrub very hard, and biceps tendonitis, and this thing cleaned the mud off of it like it was never there in the first place. It was like a magic act, so I had to get on here as a mom and tell everybody that I can that this is the most amazing product I've ever tried, and I cannot wait to buy more.

Preferred solution: Just to tell other people lol how great the product is

User's recommendation: Holy *** I cannot believe.I waited 40 years to try this magic eraser. It took mud off of a mattress, dont ask lol , with absolutely 0 problems, I barely had to scrub. This is by far hands down the best cleaning product I have ever tried. And I highly highly recommend it to anybody

It's misleading

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • Ordered online from Amazon.
  • Mega claims four regular rolls; actual is like prior rolls.
  • Viewed as misleading and defrauding customers.
Updated by user Mar 28, 2026

Don't let their words confuse you. Look what you're buying and compare prices.

Original review Mar 13, 2026

I ordered it online from Amazon.

The package is labeled as Mega, comparing each roll as equal to four regular rolls, when actually these are similar to the previous regular rolls sold by them. It's misleading and I feel that they are defrauding their customers.

Pros:
  • Known company
Cons:
  • Too expensive

Preferred solution: They shoyld modify how they are labeling its products

User's recommendation: Be aware of what you're getting

None functioning product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • The contact was dishonest.
  • To get a $5 refund, a $40 fee was required to join JustAnswer; they will avoid Procter and Gamble products.

That was the most dishonest contact I have ever had with a company. In order to receive a five dollar refund I was expected to pay a forty dollar fee to join their JustAnswer program.

DISGUSTING. I will go out of my way not to purchase any Procter and Gamble products in the future.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase from a company with no costumer service access.

Crest toothpaste

AI Highlights
  • The large tube was only half full each time.
  • The reviewer claims Crest sells half a tube for the price of a full tube.

Bought the large tube 4 times and each time it was only half full. I grew up on Crest but it seems the company only cares about you buying half a tube and they sit back and collect their money for a full tube!

Power wash bottles leaking

AI Highlights
  • Purchased two Dawn Free & Clear Powerwash bottles.
  • Both leak when on their side or inverted; top leaks.
  • P&G says they are aware of the problem.

Purchased two bottles of Dawn free & clear powerwash. Both of the bottles when laying on their side or when turned upside down the liquid leaks out of the top.

Was informed by P&G they are aware of the problem. Asked the representive what I should do with the leaking bottles.

Did not want them leaking in my house. Was informed to donate them to a food bank.

Not sure why P&G would want me to donate leaking bottle to a food bank and risk spilling the liquid on fresh fruit and vegetables that people are going to eat.

User's recommendation: Be careful, not sure what it would do to your car seats

Oral-B floss

AI Highlights
  • Oral-B floss was the best, but the new batch is sticky, springy, and sticks to teeth; it's worse than cheap floss and blamed on corporations.

I have been buying Oral-B floss for as long as I can remember. I didn't mind paying more because it was the best floss out there.

It didn't stick in between your teeth. However, I just bought a 3-pack of it and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the floss. It's sticky and springy and gets stuck in your teeth. It's worse than the cheap floss!

I'm very disappointed with the change in this product! It's very sad what big corporations are doing to line their pockets.

AI Highlights
  • Spent hours on 800 numbers about an Olay purchase; want to report to AARP.
  • Rep promised a case number and guarantee.
  • Refunds aren't possible.

So FRUSTRATING it's even hard to explain. I spent almost two hours on varies 800 #s complaining about a purchase - Olay Advanced Total Effects.

Always being transferred back to a previous 800 #. Given a case # from a rep at 800-331-**** who assured me that my satisfaction guarantee would be honored. She then transferred me back to an 800# that I had been transferred to twice before, I was told "he didn't care about the case #, I could not get my money back". As instructed, I called back the # who told me to call if I had a problem.

Next person said "Sorry, we can't help". Asked to talk to someone else but told No.

I want to report issue to AARP. Can I have a name please so AARP can contact them for their response
