I have been a Downy user since the product became available - can that be nearly 50 years? In the past couple of years the quality of Downy has decline and it has become a much thinner, more watery product which does not protect against static cling at all.
I've tried using two capsful instead of one, but that does not increase the quality and is too expensive besides.
I would like to keep using Downy as I am very sensitive to strong aromas in laundry products, but if it doesn't provide the desired effect, why bother? Patricia Perdue Houston, Texas
