I feel the exact same way as Christine_64 regarding the quality of Charmin toilet tissue.Does the company think we all just, "fell off the turnip truck"?
I've been a long time loyal customer, who was willing to pay more for a quality product the company once manufactured. However, that was yesterday and yesterday's gone. The size of the Charmin Ultra Soft roll is smaller, and the paper much thinner. It would be great if Charmin returned to manufacturing a high quality tissue, even though they may need to raise the price a bit.
I hope the word gets back to the manufacturer on products, such as this, by others posting their concerns.
This type of feedback from customers could be a win-win situation for both the manufacturer and the consumer, if the company made some changes in it's product.Perhaps, Proctor and Gamble make a seconds product that discount stores ate able to sell cheaper.
