Before I called the P&G "Consumer Offers Dept" (I forget the "official term"), I had previously spoken with a customer support associate, that person's manager (at a different number), and then I called their Stockholder Office phone number to ask how to reach the "Consumer Offers Dept." These people were all caring and compassionate.
I got no help from the associate who answered the phone at this office, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. That person was just a wall.

Not helpful at all (presumably PAID to be Not Helpful At All.)
So I have to say that this is the way our country seems to be leaning these days. Ten dollars doesn't mean much to a big corporation.

It does to me. But they just DON'T CAREl.
